Award Programs

Award programs are often run in conjunction with conferences, AGM’s  or annual dinners. The only difference to putting these events together from an annual dinner  is taking into account the reason you are running the awards and  the selection of categories and sponsors required.

A needs analysis is required for all award programs. This should be prepared in consultation with a committee or staff to ensure all industry requirements are covered for the awards. It is important to ensure  the selection of categories fit the target market and there is opportunities for sponsorship to assist with the awards.

It is imperative to have solid plans for entries and good systems in place to communicate the awards,  gather information for entries and ensure the processes are user friendly for judging.
